Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

Beautiful Airbnb! The space is very nice and clean and big! We came to visit for a bridal shower with all my sisters and we had plenty of room! Excellent Airbnb!

Great stay, great location! Perfect for two couples and three young kids. Could see Calabogie Peaks through the trees. Nice big open space to hang out with a huge dining room table for dinners and games. Highly recommend this place. Also Gord was really quick to respond! The only thing I could say I wish was a bit better, were the mattresses. But I think that ‘s my complaint at almost every air bnb. Will stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at John’s adorable house The place was cozy, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of sports competition. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and we loved the charming decor. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Ottawa!

Vili was welcoming and so helpful. She anticipates every need and when asked for suggestions for dining and kids activities, her recommendations were excellent. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. No surprises! I give Vili the highest and strongest rating possible.

We had such a fun weekend! It was peaceful, and you could hear the rapids from the deck, which made it even more relaxing. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The flushing toilet was definitely a plus! We’d absolutely go back.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Awesome spot with endless activities! Really enjoyed our stay at Scott's rental, took full advantage of the heated pool even with the not-so-great weather in May. Loved all the game options and really appreciated all the décor that makes this place very unique and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone and I definitely plan on staying here again.

An Absolutely Amazing Stay with Superb Hosts! Our recent stay at this Lake Front Chalet, was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Reading the reviews beforehand definitely helped us envision and prepare for the property. The layout of the home was absolutely great, offering a wonderful flow throughout. All the rooms are very large, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The amenities provided were fantastic, adding so much to our enjoyment. We especially loved the huge open-concept design with the large windows, which created such an inviting and bright atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a superb getaway. Thank you to our hosts for such an amazing experience!

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! We are a family of nine and spent three nights here for a family celebration in March. We had a wonderful time. It is a lovely peaceful spot. There was lots of room for all of us. The wood fires were great on the cold March nights. The kitchen had The beds and furniture were comfortable. The only negative was the driveway was a bit steep and slippery due to a recent thaw-freeze, but we were able to get our vehicles out ok with a bit of sand. Monica is a great host, quickly responded to our questions. Would definitely return.

Wonderful, bright, clean, and super cool loft. Everything was perfect right down to the big fluffy towels. Walking distance to groceries, shops, and restaurants. Safe, quiet, and secure building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Nick has a host!

The stay was really pleasant and it definitely felt like home. The house had all necessary kitchen appliances and toiletries. The bedding was clean and well arranged. They had an air hockey table which we was a pleasant surprise for us. Wood was given for the fire pit and the bbq machine was equipped with propane cylinder. Speaking of the environment, the house is surrounded by trees and there are nearby houses/cottages too. The eagles nest hike is very close to the place. But the nearby Calabogie peaks resort’s beach wasn’t open for outsiders when we visited.. The host Amanda was kind and helpful. She provided all necessary info whenever requested .. Overall a good deal for the price.

We appreciated the beautiful space and especially the coffee pods provided ;) The support of a local gallery is a wonderful touch and we liked the paintings on display. The house looked more like a new build; it was so beautifully appointed. It was a great gathering space to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday! Thanks Zachary!

Adam’s property exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. John’s place is excellent! It’s really well kept and thoughtfully set up for essentials and everything in between. It’s a beautiful location- the private dock by the lake was the highlight of our trip. We stayed for 3 nights and we wished we had it longer. We miss it already and would love to be back.

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

This was the perfect gateway spot for my partner and I plus our two small dogs. The cabin itself is basic with a comfy mattress, a mini fridge, lamp, table and heater/fan. The campsite is big and right on the beautiful lake. Bathroom facilities were a stones throw away and always clean. We made use of the shared barbecue. It was a chilly weekend so we didn’t get to take advantage of the beach or boats but it is great to have them on site!

I was happy that the cabin looked exactly like the photos! You really can’t beat looking out of the window to a lake. We enjoyed dinners in the deck with the fire pit going and sitting at the lake with our morning coffees. No complaints, it’s a great location and a great deal for the price!
