Fiber-optic internet. 5 minutes away from Dollar General, CVS and grocery stores also for Italian, Subway and Chinese restaurants. Downtown Calabash with its shops is 7 minutes away. Prestigious Ocean Isle and Sunset beach are about 15 minutes away. *Important: Third floor. No elevator. *In order to use the amenities (pools, etc.) the rental term has to be 30 days or more*

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.
