The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft house! It was the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings were calm and serene, making it an ideal spot to unwind with our family and pets. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Just wished the fridge was bigger so we can stay for another night. Haha! Ghe, the host was very responsive. Ate Nanie, the caretaker was very helpful. Truly enjoyed our time here and would happily go back for another relaxing getaway.

Some improvements that could make the stay even better would be adjusting the placement of the bidet for easier use, and lowering the shower controls on the second floor, as the switch is currently too high. Very cozy spot been in the Philippines traveling for almost 2 months and it was nice to feel at home for a night. The place is close to a lot of food options and a mall so if you’re trying to explore it’s convenient. 11/10 would stay again.

We've stayed at this place several times already. The host is very responsive. We had a slight problem with the aircon for both rooms and the host was very quick to have it fixed. There's also now a foot massager which we appreciated so much. We'll be back for sure!!

We stayed for 1 night and based on the listing details, we thought it would be a good place to stay in. We got exactly what we expected and we’re quite happy with the experience overall. Checking in was easy, the allotted parking space is so convenient, and the unit had everything we needed to be comfy. The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.
