This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

È difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere l'atmosfera mozzafiato che si vive in questo posto incredibile. Ogni ora del giorno regala diversi colori e sensazioni. La proprietà è meravigliosa e ben curata in ogni suo punto: il giardino è pieno di piante e fiori diversi, la vista mare è impareggiabile, il bbq regala emozioni, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, perfetto e dotato di ogni comfort, è come essere a casa propria... ma in un posto splendido ed unico. La pace è totale, è il posto esatto per riuscire a staccare e godersi qualche giorno di relax totale. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono tutte incredibili e ben accessibili. Avete un cane? La sistemazione è perfetta per voi! Il pregio principale è però un altro: Alessandra e Maurizio sono stati due host disponibili, premurosi e di una gentilezza rara: è stato un piacere conoscerli. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation, der nette Empfang und auch die guten Tipps, fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und den super schönen Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon. Wir konnten an einem Morgen sogar Delfine beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch fanden wir den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle super. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!

Uns hat es in der Casa Alma super gefallen. Barbara ist eine freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse ist traumhaft. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist genial. Gerade mit Kindern ist die Strandnähe ein großer Vorteil. Auch alles andere, was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, Metzgerei, Eisdiele etc) ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Pier e Pilar sono stati host eccezionali. Gentili, prodighi di consigli e pronti ad accogliere le richieste legate alle esigenze del nostro piccolo di 10 mesi. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è in una zona tranquilla e arieggiata. La spiaggia più bella di Chia è a meno di 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e l’assistenza in loco di Patrizia. Cortesia e gentilezza qui sono di casa.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, è piccolino ma estremamente funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort necessari a trascorrere un splendida vacanza... Ideale per una famiglia con bambini/ragazzi perché dotato di una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con letto a castello. Comoda la presenza di 2 bagni completi. Anche la cucina è attrezzata in maniera impeccabile con forno a microonde, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie e un frigorifero grande. Bellissimo e ampio il terrazzo coperto dove c'è un tavolo da pranzo, il forno per la griglia, angolo lavanderia e divanetti... molto comodo ed esposto in posizione ottimale per godersi pranzi e cene. Il giardino è ampio con doccia esterna tavolino e divanetti. Molto bella la piscina ad uso esclusivo, esposta in modo da godere del sole del pomeriggio. Alessia e Paolo sono stati molto cortesi e premurosi fornendoci un sacco di informazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno.

Mauro's place was just perfect for our stay. Two adults and one child have more than enough space in the house and in the garden. The place is very quiet and two steps from a wonderful beach, which is very kids-friendly. Mauro and his family welcomed us personally and were very flexible on check-in and -out times. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The house has everything you could need during the holiday. It is very clean and you feel like at home immediately. The garden is very large and the terrace on the roof invites you to observe the stars at night (but think about a mosquito protection because the house is surrounded by nature). You can easily reach any necessary facility, like a supermarket, market or restaurant by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

Rosalba è un host perfetto ,precisa in tutto , ci ha fatto trovare pasticcini e una bottiglia di vino di ben venuto (pensiero carino)la sua casa è molto confortevole dotata di tutto ,addirittura ombrelloni sdraio da spiaggia e per chi li ha giochi per bambini . La sua casa è a due passi dal supermercato e a cinque da locali e ristoranti ma soprattutto dalla spiaggia . La casa è in una via silenziosa . Le serate nella sua terrazza vista mare dopo una giornata di spiaggia sono fantastiche . Consiglio vivamente questa casa .Grazie Rosalba

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Ritornato a Costa Rey con la mia famiglia nel mese di giugno. Pierluigi ci ha accolto con garbo e simpatia. La casa ha tutti i pregi che si desiderano con qualche tocco in più. A qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti, panoramica e super confortevole. Bagni e cucina nuovissimi e super attrezzati, internet veloce e parcheggio privato accanto all’ingresso. Spero di poter tornare nuovamente. Grazie ancora Pierluigi a te e alla tua famiglia per l’accoglienza.
