The terrace on the arcades

The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

The accommodation is located near the new shopping arcade, and very close to all services (ATM, Pharmacy, Post Office, Minimarket, Shops, Restaurants / Pizzerias etc.). The main beach of Simius is a 15-minute walk away as is the Town Hall Square and the historic center. Our house is a recently built, 70 sqm, elegant apartment, bright and with attention to the smallest details, located on the first floor in a very quiet, prestigious condominium in a non-trafficked and non-noisy area with ample free parking. In a few minutes' walk you can comfortably reach the center of the village and all the amenities without having to use the car.
