The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Renata and Roberto's apartment is very beautiful, close to the sea and very well equipped. The place is very quiet and the garden as well as the exteriors are very nice. Renata and Roberto are very welcoming and available. We had a lovely stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to coming back! The property is located a little off Villasimius, only about 600 m from the not very busy main road in a very quiet location. There are two directly adjacent properties, which are probably also vacation homes, but now in mid-October they were empty. Parking is right outside the front door. The living and dining area is very spacious, as is the master bedroom and the fenced garden area. All windows and doors are "secured" with mosquito nets. In the morning hours, however, very little to nothing flies and you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden :-) It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, although the nearest beach is not the most beautiful in the area. But you don't have to drive far to reach beautiful rocky sandy beaches, which were also not so heavily frequented at this time of year. Villasimius itself can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice shops, restaurants and good Italian ice cream!!! Do

Maurizio is very nice. He welcomed us and introduced the house and the beach. The place is very nice and close to a not crowded beach. And we like the dangerous cactus pear🤩.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We were personally very warmly welcomed and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good amenities, is conveniently located to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt pepper, rags, dish soap, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.

Cozy treasure in walking distance to the city center

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!
