Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

Walter is a very helpful and kind person, I stayed two nights with my wife and daughter and we had a great time, the area is quiet, the beach and the area are very nice, unfortunately in December everything is closed regarding restaurants and pizzerias

Paola's apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very nice, nothing is really missing! It is also located in a quiet area of the town. Paola welcomed us and gave us all the necessary information for a good stay, and was available for all our needs. We had a good time and will return if possible!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Secluded, private, beautifully green lush area, where to feel one with the nature. Spotted a Jay flying by every day (sometimes even sitting on our porch) . Saw deer, kestrels, robins etc. As we were there in November, we enjoyed the evenings outside on the terrace, cooking on the outdoor BBQ with the fire ongoing and keeping us warm. On the rooftop there was a great terrace for stargazing and sunbathing. Waking up in the main bedroom, with windows on both sides, was a true treat on a daily basis. 4G works great there and we were able to work remotely with ease. Wifi as usual in the mountains is so-and-so. There was everything that was needed for a long stay, we stayed there for 10 days, but felt at home from day 1 (dishwasher, washing machine - all present). The hike up the mountain behind the house, is tough but worth it! Nearby hikes to Torre di Capo Malfatano, Capo Spartivento were amazing. All empty from tourists and you don't have to pay for parking in November.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

The villa was a dream. Anna of Sardinia-Hosting was a very kind and accommodating host. She immediately accommodated each of our wishes and if something was missing, it was really brought immediately. The rooms are well designed and there was nothing missing in the villa in the garden. Bringing our dogs was also not an issue. From the villa you can walk to a sensational beach where we enjoyed long walks both in the morning and in the evening. The facility overall is well cared for and we felt safe. In the season, shopping is easily accessible, out of season it is recommended to have a car with you. We were able to enjoy our vacation very much and would recommend this villa.

Top and great! The cottage is very nice, has everything the description says. In the small garden there are 2 showers when you come back from the beach and shower(hot and cold) in the shower. There are also couples beach gear for the children, such as diving goggles, beach games,...umbrellas, beach chairs,...just great! The surroundings are nice and quiet. The beach is only 2-3 minutes walk to or from the beach bar. There are restaurants nearby. For shopping you should drive a car.

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

We had an unforgettable stay with the family in this beautiful villa, which exceeded all our expectations. Located in the picturesque village of Torre delle Stelle, the property is surrounded by mostly dirt roads and is a short distance from beautiful beaches, some of which are also within walking distance. A particularly appreciated aspect was the impeccable level of cleanliness and the presence of every comfort in all rooms, a sign of the care and dedication of the owners. We were greeted by Mr. Italo and his wife who proved to be hospitable and thoughtful, providing us with fresh drinks of all kinds and delicious sweets typical of the area. The spacious and cool veranda was ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, offering the utmost relaxation. We highly recommend this vacation home to those looking for an exceptional stay in an enchanting location. The villa exceeds all expectations.
