The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

The stay was great! All very clean, organized, with pleasant colors and smells, very tasteful and comfortable decoration. The bathroom light and mirror are perfect for makeup!!! The garage utilization scheme works very well, because although it is rotating, in all the cars it has the name, apt and telephone number of the person in charge. In the garage there is an interphone easy to request the pick-up of the car behind. In my case, the other resident was very kind and answered at the same time. I also did the same when my car fell behind and he asked me to leave. Both check-in and checkout were flexible. The host was very kind, understanding, and found a workable solution for both of us. I recommend it with peace of mind. Thank you very much!

Great stay! We were 3 adults and a pet, the apartment behaved very well! Air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Great quality bed linen and towels. Super complete apartment for preparing meals in the apartment. The pool is wonderful. The apartment is close to the main tourist landmarks. We managed to do most things on foot. Great location. Thanks to Gabrieli for all the attention and to Amilcar who welcomed us so well!

The stay was wonderful, Dona Beatriz is a great host, always ready to help if necessary, gave us some tips that were very helpful during our time at home. The house has all the necessary items for a stay, very clean and organized environment, there is absolutely nothing missing in the house. I hope to be back soon.

The house is wonderful. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. All communication was made in a clear and gentle manner. As already mentioned here, my only point of recommendation is the installation of curtains or blinds in the living room and upper bedroom. The sol invades these environments and makes the stay uncomfortable. Anyway, I recommend the experience.

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

Ape is amazing, very comfortable, we feel at home. The ape has access to the seaside, fully foot in the sand, has great restaurants and market in the surroundings, and the space is amazing. We wish to return. The hostess was very kind, she welcomed us very well, she was flexible at check-in, she supported us all the time, the responsible for the on-site ape, I also welcomed us very well. Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent almost 40 minutes to unload our car, of so much difficulty we had in the elevator. Everything was very good, the only problem was the discomfort with the elevators, we had to wait a long time to go up or down, when the other guests stopped at us were arrogant, we had trouble getting up with the bags because of that! Getting that off, everything was really good, we liked it a lot and we would come back!
