I highly recommend Daniel's place, my stay was absolutely excellent! Daniel's communication and instructions are superb, I felt very welcome and cared for, and everything was easy. The building is secure and with excellent amenities and staff, it has a real peaceful neighborhood feeling and the gym, pool, outdoor areas and views are great. The location is excellent, you can walk to the large supermarket and stores, as well as to the main road of the city, and to the beach. The apartment itself has everything you need and good quality, comfortable beds, very effective air conditioning, great facilities. I hope to return one day and enjoy again - this is a great airbnb!

Andréa and José Antônio are great hosts, their apartment is wonderful and the view is stunning, it delivers everything it advertises, safe building, it has everything we need close by.... We loved the apartment, very comfortable and luxurious, the beautiful view, the pool, the gym, the restaurant in the hotel, the market in the building, the parking!!! A luxury, the whole area is beautiful, in front of the giant wheel! We would definitely come back! The host is always very kind, we were able to enter before check-in at no extra charge !!!

We arrived after 8 p.m., and even in the rain, we were promptly attended to for check-in. The accommodations matched the photos. Very well decorated, functional and clean space. Access to the beach is very close. The view from the pool is too beautiful. Well-equipped apartment.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

Apartment with great location, where there is market, restaurant, pharmacy, etc., to walk, a few meters from the beach, Ferris wheel and the Molhe da Barra Norte, employees of the super helpful condominium. Without counting the view of the apartment, which is simply a spectacle apart, it is worth every penny, we intend to return.

Nice house, comfortable in a well-kept and safe condominium. Joseane was always attentive and willing, guarantees a nice vacation.

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The house looked even better in person. Bedrooms and bathrooms were more spacious than showed in the pictures. The home was well equipped, clean, the surroundings peaceful and very close to the beach and supermarket. Ramon was a delight to deal with and made the whole process easy - I could not recommend him enough. The chalet is very cozy and comfortable, the condominium area is perfect for children's leisure, the beach is very close, easy access and besides beautiful it was very quiet despite being a Carnival holiday. Eliana is very helpful and a great host! We had a great experience!
