i really liked the space, very comfortable, I took my pet Lulu from Pomerania on the trip, he bricked a lot in the backyard with my wife, so the three of us loved exclusive my pet 🐶and the location also very good 😃

Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. Gustavo was very attentive and helpful, as was Marcia, who received us.

We stayed for 10 days at Vanessa's house and were surprised by the place. The house is very cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood and is excellent for resting. It is at the end of the street near a trail on the beach of Mozambique. The interior is very welcoming and has everything. The kitchen is complete and the electros work very well, it even has a washing machine. The exterior is also a show apart, it has a really very large lawn that our two pets loved to explore and play. The location is very good, it has markets, restaurants, bakers, parks, beaches all close for those who don't want to get around much. But it's also a few minutes drive from other famous beaches if you want to explore a little bit more. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, we will definitely return.

Mari and her husband were very attentive, flexible check-in, answered questions quickly, super clean house and excellent location, close to the beaches, market and restaurants, I will definitely become a customer, one of the best services I have ever had in rentals!

Everything impeccable! Environment extremely cozy and clean, Dayana and Seu Claudio always requested and kind. The House where we stayed was designed totally for guests, with everything necessary for a pleasant and quiet stay. Very close to all the beaches, 3 minutes drive from the wonderful dream beach, the pine tree and the end of the parrot. Incredible place! We'll be back! Keep it up always, gratitude for these wonderful days we spent there!

Beautiful house for rest. A very quiet area with a large supermarket just a few meters away. The whole house was sparkling with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We really liked the house , it was according to the announcement !! A very large and equipped kitchen, clean bed linens, the pool was essential because we took a holiday with a lot of wind, and it wasn't cool to stay on the waterfront !! We had some setbacks, but which were soon resolved by the host Silvia , who was always very attentive and responded to Whats quickly . Super indico , small beach, very beautiful 🤩 and we will return for sure !

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

The location is great. I found it very complete, air-conditioning, barbecue, kitchen utensils, cabinets, balcony... Everything very clean. The street looks very safe and has no movement. The location is not in the center, but for those who don't mind walking a few minutes, it's certainly not a problem. I recommend it and would rent it again.

The house is beautiful and has many details. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of diversity of plants, very spacious, my children were playing there all the time when we came back from the beach, they practically didn't watch TV. It's a pleasure to be in the hammock at night surrounded by that beautiful vegetation. The location is ideal because you are very close to the beaches of Cima, Pinheira Centro and Guarda da Embau. It's best to have a car, but you can walk. The house has everything. For the four of us, it was more than enough. Gladys is a very good person Very attentive. She lives upstairs, which gave us security, but she was not invasive, on the contrary, she was super respectful of our privacy. In fact, we didn't even see her, but if we needed anything, she would answer us right away. We had a fantastic 2 weeks at her house. Hopefully next year we can go back!!!!

The Khrystyna space is perfect, well organized and clean the location is great and very quiet. Khrystyna received us very well and left us at will, it felt like we were at home, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

We had a very good experience in the apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment was impeccable, very well decorated and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The host was super attentive and available, making sure everything was in order. The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning was up to date. However, the apartment's acoustics left something to be desired. During the stay, I could clearly hear the sound of high heels on the upper floor, which ended up being a little uncomfortable at times. This is something to consider if you are a light sleeper or looking for a quieter environment. Overall, I still recommend the place, as the rest of the experience was excellent!
