My experience was wonderful! The place is exactly as described, very clean, organized and comfortable. I was very well received and felt at home throughout the stay. The location is great and the service is super attentive. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! Thank you very much dear Fabiano, we hope to be back soon!!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. Our stay at Debora's house was very good. She was very attentive and flexible with our inbound and outbound times. Reply quickly and was very helpful when we had some setbacks. The house was quite clean and fully equipped with the necessary for a comfortable accommodation. The courtyard despite being individual has access to pedestrians and other guests' cars, which was initially a nuisance due to our pet but Débora was willing to help us with that. We recommend the space.

We took a trip among 8 friends and the experience was great. The site met 100% of our expectations and we greatly took advantage of the beach and the pool. In addition, Janeo always quickly answered our questions and was very helpful. We definitely intend to go back.

Excellent accommodation, I stayed in a large space for one person but it could fit about 3 people. I was well taken care of, in the region I didn't see things to do without a car, I made my trip with an average Uber of 11 to 14 reais to the center of Florianópolis very fast. There are buses that leave from platform c of the ticen terminal but it takes 40 minutes... so it's not worth it if you want to enjoy the city, time is worth gold.

Casa da Joe is a true paradise, the place is very safe and very beautiful, and the hostess is very kind and receptive, a great place to rest the head and the soul, perfect for the family!

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

Casa exceeded expectations, large house, comfortable, air-conditioning in all the rooms. We were between 4 adults and 3 children, barbecue area and pool a show to enjoy the end of the day, sea near 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes by car to Guarda do Embaú, 15 minutes by car to the end of the parrot and the beach of the dream. It was worth the experience, God willing we will be back.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre.
