Stayed at Airbnb Transient House in Legazpi for 13 days — Room 12 (Maple) from June 1–13, then moved to Room 9 (Oak) on our last night since our kids us. I honestly have nothing bad to say. The staff were super kind and accommodating. The place was clean, peaceful, and just a short walk to the malls (especially SM). Each room had a water heater, its own water dispenser, no curfew, and the rates were very affordable. I work from home, so internet glitches at night were a thing sometimes, but I had mobile data as backup and it worked fine. Power interruptions weren’t a problem either since they have a generator. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay here again! 🙌✨

I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

Great host. 2nd time i stayed there because of my first experience. The view is amazing. Peter and Cheryl are both very responsive and reasonable. Highly recommend them
