Frans's cottage is ideal if you are looking for a location near the sea. It is within walking and cycling distance of the beach. The cottage is comfortable and has a lovely private garden. Frans is a very good host. Communication went well. Frans was very responsive and provided relevant information. We found amenities in the cottage that we greatly appreciated, such as a number of coffee cups, tea bags and herbs.

Very nice little cottage in an ideal location to the city and the beach in Cadzand. Highly recommend. We had a lovely holiday.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully furnished and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. For our kids, the double bunk bed was definitely a highlight. One of them even said, “It prevented a lot of fights because we could both sleep on the top bunk!” – that says it all! The location is perfect as well – just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Luminous and perfectly maintained apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is a pleasure to prepare dishes . Given the standard offered the sofa would benefit from being changed 😉 it has lived a little 😉 I will add some board games ( failure or other for children) the furniture is chosen with taste . The orientation of the building does not allow you to enjoy the sun on the terrace but you can't have everything, the view from the sea is superb and soothing from the dining room. Everything is nearby, including a very good caterer - near the spaar - ( do not miss his tiramisu with limoncelo!) I also want to thank the person who takes care of the welcome , very kind and professional.
