At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house. Naast originele houten balken en warme vloeren zijn er in het huis ook overblijfselen van de voormalige Sint-Donaaskerk te ontdekken, een bijzonder en uniek historisch element dat deze plek extra speciaal maakt.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
