Perfect stay, very clear information when I arrived, I recommend this listing.

Very clean, well-equipped, refurbished studio. Easy to open and very comfortable sofa bed. Provision of a Malongo coffee maker with 10 pods and a filter coffee maker with coffee and sugar. Large fridge with small freezer. All very convenient. Shower room with a walk-in shower. Car parking in front of the front door. Automatic gate. Warm welcome from Serge and Jennifer, a discreet couple, very responsive and always available for their guests. Rental with beautiful views, very quiet, ideal for relaxing. Address to keep in mind.

Nico & Flo were very flexible for check-in and checkout. They are very responsive if needed. Le Mazet is very pretty, the area is really beautiful, very green with a large pool. They have two very beautiful dogs, Molly and Ugor, very cuddly and playful. If you like to hear birds, be quiet in the greenery, you've come to the right place. And especially in the evening there are fireflies, it's just beautiful!!! Thank you, we had a lovely time thanks to you, we'll be happy to come back 😊

We had a great stay. Véronique is a wonderful host and takes care of everything. The view from the cottage and the pool is breathtaking! Exploring the region with a car is highly recommended and there are a few good spots to dine close by (driving distance). The cottage is optimal for day trips to for example Cannes or Antibes, but depending on traffic plan in some additional time. Overall we highly recommend the place.

Lovely stay, so peaceful and relaxing!

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

It was great staying at their place - a little paradise above the super busy coast. Sometimes we even preferred to stay at the pool instead of frequenting the busy beaches. We can only recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation was perfect and the host very hospitable. The accommodation is very quiet even though it is located in the heart of the city. We had the opportunity to go hiking in beautiful places simply by leaving the accommodation. Once again, thank you for everything

we were happy with both the house and the cleanliness... a little less because in the evening most of the places were closed, but fortunately with the functional kitchen at our disposal we spent nice evenings...

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Beautiful apartment in a very central location. Murielle was a perfect host. We enjoyed our stay in Grasse and the apartment provided an excellent place to explore from.

Absolutely our favorite place during our stay!! The home was stunning and so peaceful, we even canceled plans on evening just to stay and have dinner at the home, the town is charming as can be and you feel like a local, an unforgettable experience!!! Also the pool was marvelous!!

The accommodation is ideally located for discovering the center of Grasse on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and nice. We found parking very easily close by. It suited our needs perfectly!

Even if the city center may seem worrying when booking, everything is done to make it convenient. The reserved underground parking is great and the supermarket on the corner is very convenient. Grasse is beautiful and we found it very quiet. Very good restaurants around, and everything is within walking distance. The place is well decorated. Cozy, intimate and charming in the heart of the center with the liveliness of the city center especially in the morning.

Rebecca was a wonderful host. She was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the snacks and drinks she provided. The view is magical. We would book again without hesitation.

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on check-in and check-out which helps a lot. The place was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

We were very excited about the warm welcome and hospitality of Sophie and her family. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is in a very nice environment and everything is very well maintained. From here you can make many nice excursions. We will be happy to come back.

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful – beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Nothing was missing at all. It was really charming, with sweet little touches like snacks thoughtfully placed on the table and even on the bed, which we found incredibly lovely. We were truly satisfied with our stay. The view of the lake was also stunning – everything was just as we had imagined, if not better!

We had a perfect holiday, the house has a beautiful sea view balcony, we had a family dinner on the balcony at night, it was so wonderful
