Overall, a very nice stay with a great location and a great outdoor area, which was very pleasant especially in the evening. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement: The furnishings are rather simple – for example, a grill, placemats or tablecloths were missing. Upholstery on the chairs as well as sun protection such as an awning or a parasol would also have been desirable. We found mowing the lawn after 8:15 pm to be somewhat disturbing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Bernard and Geneviève are a lovely couple and their accommodation is very high quality. We came with my husband and enjoyed the exchange and kindness of Bernard and Geneviève but also the accommodation which is very spacious, very clean, well arranged and the decoration. You feel really good there in every way. We won't hesitate to return! Access to the pool is great and the place is really quiet. The small bottle of water upon arrival is much appreciated.

Best Airbnb experience we've had so far We felt at home from the first moment. This was partly due to the accommodation, which has a beautiful, quiet, private garden and in which nothing is really missing, but above all also to Monique, who was simply a great hostess. She made us feel like she was always available when we needed something and yet gave us absolute privacy. When we arrived, the fridge was filled with delicious breakfast items and a bottle of rosé was also available. Monique provided us with a detailed guidebook with all kinds of (secret) tips for dining, shopping and excursions. We could always use the pool in the accommodation by arrangement if we wanted to and were also completely private there. The location of the accommodation was also perfect for us, in a maximum of 10 minutes you are right in the center of Aix. Thank you Monique, see you soon!

A beautiful country house, in a very peaceful location, ideally located for visiting Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and the Calanques de Cassis. Magali is very responsive and was kind enough to send her son to pick me up from the Aix TGV station. You feel good in the house, quite conducive to disconnecting. I recommend it

We had a great time at Séverine's house, the house is very nice, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had a great time in the pool, the beach is very convenient with the children and the jacuzzi at the end of the day very relaxing. The environment is very quiet, the view of the mountain is beautiful and we are in the center of everything to visit the region (30 minutes from the calanques of Cassis, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille). We'll be happy to come back if we come back to the area, thank you again for this fabulous stay!

Paulina’s house is amazing. So peaceful lovely nature around. A swimming pool in the garden The house is beautifully decorated with amazing furniture ,nice bed. A nice morning walk of 1 hour took us to the village where we had coffee.Great restaurants. Paulina is an amazing host. She has put a lot of effort in to make you feel right at home and a lot of info. about the area and surroundings . Would love to come back

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Laurence for hosting us, her accommodation is very well-equipped (like home), spacious with a private garden and quiet. Beautiful birdsong and no annoying barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at any time if needed. Regarding the apartment, I'm trying to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you come in, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal size for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be repeated as soon as possible.

We absolutely loved this location, having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Mediteranian was superub. We had a friendly dove cooing across the street and we could hear the gentle lap of the sea. It was clean, well appointed and just lovely. It was a fantastic getaway and only 90 min. or so to fantastic sites of Provance. I didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance to the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful swimming opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functional apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calm gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to a hotel. We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation, well located 15 min walk from the Rotonde. Buses pass in front of the residence. Damien was an AMAZING host! We had a funny emergency with the washing machine that resulted in him buying a new one for us during our stay. He was so fast to act and was just an incredible host. This is a great apartment if you have a car whilst in Aix, the underground private space is perfect. We enjoyed using the pool too! Thank you so much Damien
