Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

In the small hamlet

You are in the middle of nature between mountain and river in a small hamlet where about fifteen inhabitants meet year-round. The first 2 levels are accessible and fully renovated in 2024. The top floor (3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and garden) are nearing completion (opening late August 2025). Nearby: hiking, caves, views, old castle, lakes, Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, abbeys, Lastours castles, sea 70 km away, etc...
