Everything's great, a very well located place if you want to get away from the city, easy to enter the apartment, the layout and the kitchen are well-equipped, the only downside is that it could use a small oven.

A very pleasant experience. The house is very spacious, living room, kitchen etc. very comfortable if you go in large groups. Above all, I'd also like to highlight the number of bathrooms there were, and that they were recently renovated. The living room also has two areas, and the garden is very large, with a swimming pool, basketball court, soccer, etc. It's a shame not to have been able to enjoy the outdoors more because of the rains, but the house is so big that you felt comfortable inside. The host (Juan) was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is very safe with codes for the entrance, and the cars parked inside.

Ideal, because it's close to downtown without being in the heart of it. Below is the Bar Bonanza, a traditional bar where they have tapas and that at a good price. Plaza del Oeste, ideal for transportation, taxis and so on. The house is very large, there were 8 of us and it certainly met expectations.

Jose Alberto's apartment is spacious with a sunny lr/dr, comfortable couches and a good size dining table. The kitchen is generally sizable for 2 cooks and well supplied. The sink area is tight with a column right behind it. Convenient to have dishwasher and clothes washer. Appliances seem on the new side and work well. We used two of the 3 bedrooms and found the beds very comfortably firm. The room darkening shutters made for easy sleeping. The radiators in each room are not adjustable but easy enough to open a window as needed and fans are provided. The wifi can be spotty in the main bedroom. Largely quiet neighbors at night, some 3pm music blasts a couple of times that didn't last long. Great showers- spacious, water pressure, plenty of hot water for multiple bathers. Easy keyless entry via app and very responsive host. Neighborhood has everything you need to live like a local and it's a 15 min walk to the old town and university. Would recommend!
