gave me good advice. Borikua soul shared café & laughs. he really saved my butt, after sooo many attemps of finding an affordable place sonibcan isit my island. if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to visit. the a/c works really great. if you go to Puerto Rico to watch tv, the tv doesnt have local channels so you might want to mirror your cell to the tv. nice water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this spot if your a big 6'5 300lbs person. for those that read the other reviews: puerto rico is very hot so you will see paint lift on many places on any island. YOUR PAYING VERY CHEAP! if your so ritzy go to a resort. please RESPECT THE ISLAND AND THE CULTURE. YOU ARE THE GUEST.

I call Puerto Rico my 2nd home. I have been visiting this beautiful island for over 10 years. I have stayed at several different places on the island yet this place keeps calling me back and for this reason we continue to stay at Viviana's home. I am planning to book it again until I have closed on my own condo on the island. Watching the sunrise over the beautiful water from the balcony while having a cup of coffee; absolutely magnificent! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place.
