Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

Fran and Eva's little saline house is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are impressive and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back: 10/10

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. Accommodation in an incredible location in the natural park to spend a few quiet days with all the necessary amenities. We'll do it again at some point!

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Wonderful place for all those who appreciate nature and want to enjoy the simple life. The place is an oasis, full of beauty with a view of the mountains, the olive groves and the sky. From the hectic everyday life, we came to relaxation every day - also thanks to Gunnar - our valuable "concierge" on site, who reminded us again and again that we have time and everything here has its own rhythm. We are happy to take this note with us! We felt very comfortable the whole time. The finca is furnished in a simple style, with a homely atmosphere and radiates a matching style, a lot of coziness as well. Everything you need is there - not too much and not too little - just perfect! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few great days in a beautiful environment. Amparo was the one who took care of us, super friendly and attentive, the house heated us before we arrived (it was winter). Julián was also very attentive. The house had everything and was in pristine condition. We were looking for rest, tranquility and beauty and that was what we found! a great stay!

We really enjoyed the accommodation, the place is beautiful, the terrain is vast, with splendid views, and Maxime is very attentive, always available and responsive. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful location right by the sea

Magnificent accommodation to visit Cabo de Gata or even not to go out all day and enjoy the pool and barbecue (we stayed for a week and it took us two days). Very well designed the outdoor area ( pool, garden, porch, …). Excellent parking (huge and easily accessible). Comfortable house with very well equipped kitchen. If you have to look for any inconvenience it would be that I only had a bathroom, but it was not a problem with the spectacular showers in the pool. Fernando has been a real host. We have gone to many AirBnB homes over the better or worse years, but very rarely to real homes ( once in Brooklyn and once in Cantabria ). It is very different to stay in a tourist accommodation designed specifically for that purpose, in a family home where everything is lovingly arranged for your own enjoyment. It's from the places we'll try to come back to for the cat rope and the place to stay.

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.
