Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cabedelo

Excellent accommodation, attentive host and pleasant location.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Seu Manoel and his wife were very kind, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. The condominium is well located and the condominium is wonderful.

I simply loved every detail of the apartment,the reception of the employees from the concierge,janitor, at last I recommend always,I am dreaming of every detail so far I was sad because I came away

The good and cozy place, ideal for a couple who are going to spend the day walking around, the only problem was with a garage to park because it leaks too fast the building and on the street there is no place to park, but other than that, super quiet and safe.

The apt is exactly as in the pictures and description. Very organized, clean and has everything needed for a great stay. Located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood with a great beach just 2 blocks away. Me and my friend stayed for a month at the apt and we would definitely come back. And we can't help thanking the Magda co-host. She is exceptional, everything we ask she has helped us with all goodwill and speed. I've stayed on many airbnb and have never met such a thoughtful co-host.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The house is very well-located, spacious, the large and comfortable rooms. And its decor is rustic and beautiful. The owner of the property proved receptive and ready to solve the problems that may have arisen. We plan to return in the future!

Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. My stay at Alberto's house was impeccable, he was the best host I've ever had, attentive, helpful, flexible. About the house: the house is perfect, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and organized. Casa marvelous cosy felt right at home, great location close to beautiful beaches like the beach of love, coqueirinho..., restaurants, snack bars, markets, pharmacies, all close to the house. Tranquil neighborhood a peace. It became my favorite spot when you went to Jacuma. The attentive and kind hosts, great people, gave us all the support Anyway everything perfect.

All environments and top-tier furniture. As tenos a 9-year-old son and a 3-month-old son, we didn't have any problems, on the contrary, there was so much in the apartment (toys, appliances, etc.) that we didn't even use everything. The leisure area is perfect, we made friendships and barbecue with the neighbors. Finally, as it is in Cabedelo, today the best place in Paraíba, we went to the best beaches in minutes. We will definitely return in February 2025

Tranquil Hosting, easy-to-access condominium, Viviane always showed kindness. We rented a car and had no concern as it has an exclusive vacancy. View of the unmissable balcony. To go to the hottest places like Tambaú and Cabo Branco, you can reach in a few minutes by car.

We were in two couples. The 2 bedrooms are great. It has even in the lounge. The flat is new. Well-equipped. We like everything. We would be back for sure. I have only one suggestion, it would be cool if there were glasses in addition to the glasses in the kitchen. Thank you so much for your stay.

The place was as advertised. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Flawless hosting. Easy access, great location, space, furniture, new appliances. I recommend it as well as I will recommend it. As a suggestion, install showers in the bathrooms.

The space corresponds exactly with the one described in the photos. Everything very clean and functioning perfectly. Mr. Fabrício, an excellent host, always very helpful and kind.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
