Monthly Rentals in Cabarrus County

A lovely and peaceful country setting close to groceries, coffee shops and parks. Phyllis and John were friendly and very responsive to our needs. The rental was very clean and comfortable, one of the best we ever stayed at. The variety of birds outside the picture window at the feeder and cattle grazing in the pasture were an extra bonus!

We have stayed here a few times over the last few months and it has been a peaceful escape for these busy grad students! Jason and Larry are lovely and made a bonfire for us complete with a glass of wine. We definitely plan to come again and already have our next visit booked!

Great, clean place

Rachel, the host, is absolutely amazing. Very accomodating. I was here for 2 months due to a clinical rotation as a student, and she went above and beyond. The internet was spotty and would go in and out, so she decided to install new internet service just so I could have reliable internet for my educaction, I know for a fact not all hosts are willing to do such a thing! Very kind, positive, and welcoming. Highly recommend for long term stays!!
