Townhome vacation rentals in Cabarrus County

We enjoyed or stay. I loved the neighborhood, the different colors of the townhouses were great to see. This place was spacious, comfy, cozy, and laid back. Daniel gave specific and detailed instructions and we made sure to follow them. Finding the trash cans was kind of confusing even with the instructions only because we was afraid to place the trash in the wrong bin not knowing how the community would react. Even though Daniel's instructions were clear, we ended up asking one of the neighbors just to be sure that it was the right thing to do. We had fun in the house and was sure to respect the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for so many reasons! SAFETY SECURITY ACCESSIBLE RELAXING! Thx so much Daniel for allowing us to stay. I loved Charlotte so much to the point that I have made it my decision to relocate there.

The best thing about this place is the location. One of the nicest areas of Charlotte. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood and sitting on the porch, watching the neighbors walk by.

Adam's place is a piece of jewel, we have loved the neighbourhood and the apartment too. If you want to see downtown you need a car, but the place offers parking places right in front of the door, so if you travel by car, it is just perfect.

Ken was extremely responsive and helped us understand the amenities before we even arrived. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay while in Charlotte for an Expo. My entire team had room to roam and some space to themselves, while having a great common area to hang out in in the evenings when we were on site. I will always choose airbnbs over hotels when I have the chance, and this is definitely one that will stay on my list of places to stay should I need to go back to Charlotte.

The the area near the location is under a revitalization. I’ve been to the area before and the area is taking a positive turn. This listing is a part of the revitalization. The host was responsive and very helpful. The space was just as seen on the app.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

After work I need my down time, and Mary's home is peaceful and quiet. Thank you!

Loved this place! Very clean, & great location. My brother sister & nephew all loved their rooms! Couches were very comfy to watch movies on & my bed was nice & firm. Only thing I didn’t like was the showers.. low pressure & no hose. Other than that everything was great ! Thankyou

Place was exactly how it was in ad. Seyi was super responsive. It was very clean and good place to stay. Trader joe's and couple of restrarents on walkable distance.

Betisha has been N excellent hosts. I have enjoyed my time at her home. I would recommend her to any professional traveler. The location is by far the most convenient I have found in this metro. All the back roads intersect here. I haven’t been stuck in traffic for months now. For an example. If you need to be downtown at this location you can walk out the house at 7:30am with your cup of coffee and take one road for 7.1 miles and you are downtown before 8. That’s without fighting traffic in the 485, 85 or 77. Thank you for allowing me to stay. I turely appreciate it.

Clean house and host provided some nice amenities (shampoo, bath soap, towels). Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well as living areas of the house. Host was quick to respond to comments and questions. Definite 5 Star review!

Wonderful stay, the perfect weekend getaway just minutes from downtown. We appreciated the little touches like items in the bathrooms and everything was clean. Would definitely recommend!

I felt right at home , complimentary coffee and water was great, nice home, I love that there was hand soap available in all wash areas, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

If you have elderly or someone who can't do stairs that would be the only draw back. for my stay everything was wonderful. they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. very responsive when I had questions. even appreciated the goodies that were left for the stay. would definitely rent again next time I'm in Charlotte.

Very nice house and a quiet neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to couple of local small businesses (which I love to support). Walked every morning either to Enderly Coffee or Platform Coffee and Batch Maker. Easy to around to Uptown and Southend. Really appreciated Lauren working with me to move my things from one location to the other.

We had a great stay in Charlotte! Kim’s home was exactly as pictured. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was extremely clean and in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area!

Great place to stay, very nice neighborhood with great areas to walk. Close to town and the expressway for easy access. We enjoyed our visit.

We were in Charlotte for a family wedding and needed a week long stay so we wanted someplace comfortable to settle into. We found it! The week went very quickly and it was wonderful. The townhome had everything we needed (kitchen to cook, washer/dryer, places to relax inside and out, handy to everything). Most importantly, our host was available very quickly. We head a self-imposed issue and the host responded to a note in a minute and was at the home within fifteen minutes to get us out of our own problem. Knowing help is near makes it easy to relax.

We enjoyed our time in the house. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to all the things to do in Charlotte. Quick walk to Freedom park. Safe area and parking.

Went for a sister's trip it was great from start to finish...Richard was the best host!!! We would definitely stay again!!!
