We just spent a wonderful week in Barry's apartment. The location is great with many restaurants and interesting sites within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Rodrigo is the local contact and he was super friendly and always available to help. The communication with both Barry and Rodrigo was excellent. Barry very kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Buenos Aires.

L'appartamento è identico alle foto, è decisamente di grandi dimensioni, con un bagno enorme ed un comodo balcone che, personalmente, ho comunque sfruttato poco per via della stagione invernale...d'estate sicuramente diventa molto più utile. Il letto è decisamente comodo. Il check in è stato perfetto, ho avuto la possibilità di concordare un orario d'ingresso e mi attendevano già dentro casa. Ottima anche la connessione wifi. Esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

Impecable la estadía, el lugar mas lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy cómodo y muy tranquilo. Se puede salir a pié con muchas opciones cerca, y que tenga estacionamiento es un plus gigantesco. Maria nos recibió super bien y fue flexible con nuestros horarios. El barrio hermoso, tranquilo. We enjoyed our stay in Palermo. Martin was incredibly flexible with check in and out which helped us greatly. The space is very large with lots of chairs, couches, our door dining area. Unique layout with two bedrooms on upper roof with access to patio. To reach this area you needed to walk thru one of two other bedrooms but not an issue for us. Location was walkable and felt very safe. Easy to grab a cab right outside

I had an incredibly comfortable stay at Guillermina's studio! The apartment is exactly as pictured and is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a long stay: plenty of cutlery, cutting boards, pots, and pans, as well as extra bedding, linens, towels, and ample cleaning supplies. The cozy, homey decor adds a wonderful touch, making the space feel warm and inviting. Guillermina was always available to answer any questions and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend this apartment and for myself, I hope to book here again the next time I am in Buenos Aires!

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

Localização excelente. Fui pra libertadores e estava bem próximos da Plaza Serrano, além de ser bem fácil chegar a puerto madero, já que a estação de medrano também fica próxima. Fer sempre respondeu rápido a qualquer dúvida. O apartamento é exatamente como descrito. Amplo e bem limpo. Podem vir sem pensar duas vezes.

El departamento es muy comodo y esta ubicado en un punto excelente para mobilizarte. Los cuartos son muy comodos y esta buenisimo que tenga dos Baños! La Cocina esta muy bien equipada. Sebastian es una persona super amable! Fue Flexible en el horario de hacer check in ya que entramos un lunes a las 7 de la mañana y era posible hacerlo. Romslig og sjarmerende hus med behagelig beliggenhet i nærheten av buss og metro. Vi var to barnefamilier som nøt godt av mange soverom, to stuer og flere uteområder. Verten var behjelpelig til å svare på spørsmål før ankomst, og serviceminded til å ordne ting underveis i oppholdet. Før med kodelås fungerte veldig bra - deilig å slippe nøkler!

Cris foi extremamente prestativa e clara nas instruções a nos receber. A casa tem muitas escadas, são 3 andares e um banheiro e um mezanino suspensos. Tudo muito limpo, toalhas e roupa de camas para todos. Calefação e ar condicionados em dia. Localização excepcional, um dos melhores possíveis em Buenos Aires. São apenas dois banheiros com chuveiro, então se for em um grupo grande, precisa dividir bem, já que um dos banheiros é em um entre andares que liga ao rooftop. Recomendo demais, principalmente pela clareza da comunicação com a Cris, pela excelente localização, pelo conforto e comodidade.

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕
