Andre was always very attentive and flexible, even when I changed the arrival/departure day several times. The apartment is spotless and very nicely decorated. Everything was excellent!

This is the second time I have trusted Gustavo with my stay, we really loved the apartment both times. Check-in is self-managed, so you don't have to deal with anyone, but the instructions are too clear. The location is great, you have cooking utensils, and if you don't want to, you have an excellent gastronomic offer in the surroundings. The apartment has an outstanding cleaning task that makes you want to keep it in good condition. Hot water, bright place, very comfortable bed to rest, air conditioning, TV. Really very happy, we'll be back soon.

Indeed a great place in the middle of Caballito's heart. I was there for about 2 months and felt like at home. Comfortable bed, good WiFi (for working), very sunny, nice deco, guarded building entrance with friendly staff, nice rooftop (there's a small swimming pool and a small gym). The laundry is to be done in a common wash and drier machines on the top floor, for which you have to buy the tokens at a kiosk (inexpensive), but the machines were free (available) every single time. Easy check-in and check-out! Appartment at a very good cost-quality rate. Communication with owner was great as well as his availability and help. Highly recommended!

I'll definitely rent the property again

The apartment is simple and complete, it has just enough for your stay. Silvana is super attentive and relaxed. And the location of the apartment is unbeatable.

The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

Excellent location of the apartment, Mr. Jorge is super friendly and cordial, always willing to help, I highly recommend it, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is beautiful and very complete. The location is very good, with all kinds of public transportation just a few blocks away. Close to the bar and restaurant area and surrounded by supermarkets and stores. The host was very attentive, she answered our questions right away. I highly recommend it!

Location location location!!! Amazing place in the heart of Palermo.

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Centrally located, but quiet and safe. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The metro and metrobus are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with the hosts was always easy and they answered any questions quickly. I would definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Martina was very friendly, answered all inquiries and was attentive to everything. Check-in was a breeze and the building's security staff were always in a good mood and helpful. The apartment is very nice and has a lot of things for kids (crib, toys, etc.). Very well equipped. The only thing is that perhaps there is only one stove in the living room, it does not heat the room completely, but with the air conditioning it is well supplied, in addition to the fact that there are many blankets. Bathroom and kitchen also all perfect. To repeat!

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super nice area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the area, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.
