The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. In winter, we heat with air conditioning and that's enough. Beds 2.2 m (with slats) are together - separately, according to the wishes of the guests. There is a modern kitchen, coffee and tea. There is a shop next to the house. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

Transportation waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, just a toilet is a short drive to a wooden house (dry toilet). You'll sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass screen overlooking the lips. You may also see a grain on your morning pasture right from the bed.

Newly built log cabin from 2023 in a semi-secluded area, with a wonderful view. 2 km from Pernštejn Castle, 25 km from Nové Město na Moravě (Municipal Spa, Harusův kopec ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails), 15 km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. We will be happy to plan these routes for you.

I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. The cottage is suitable for family with children, for a romantic stay in a couple, but also for a group of friends. You can host a quieter private bachelor party or just relax and roam the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in a small village, so you don't have to worry about being completely off the beaten path, but you will also have plenty of privacy and peace. Above and below our cabin are other cottages, and there are other people living on the road.

The apartment is located in a newly built residential area a short walk from a wellness center and a department store. It is located 20 km from the Moravian Karst and 15 km from the centre of Brno. It takes 30 minutes from Main train station Brno. Parking is available in the covered parking space next to the apartment.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
