Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Perfectly located with approx. 5 minutes walk to Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the lake. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Arctic dome Hoset

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.
