Gîte La Cersotine : maison en pierre indépendante, sur terrain clos , arboré. Maison Bourguignonne en pierre, entièrement rénovée ; le charme de la pierre et du bois avec une déco contemporaine. Vous aimerez le calme de la campagne dans ce petit village. Aux départs de promenades découvrez les vignobles de Bourgogne, du Beaujolais, visiter les nombreux Châteaux et villages de la région, apprécier les paysages différents des alentours... La maison est à 15 mn de l'A6 et à 15mn du TGV .

The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.
