Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

The Coach House is an absolutely beautiful self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill and stunning Warwickshire countryside. High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break and you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are tucked away in our 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. We have one friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.
