From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. There is plenty of closet space for the vacation wardrobe.

Built in 2024, this house is very quiet on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

Up to 6 people will find enough space for quiet relaxation, game evenings, trips on foot to the harbor (approx. 5 minutes) or extensive bike tours through the beautiful nature.

The Wadden Sea nearby, with ebb and flow, every moment is different here, every day new. There is a lot to discover. It is fantastic by bike. The location is perfect for calming down and slowing down and we would like to share this place.
