The house has a great setup for smaller & bigger families and comes with a fully enclosed backyard that is ideal for kids or pets to play freely or bikes to be stored safely. It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

Are you looking for a vacation by the water? The light-flooded corner house MEERBLICK41 is located on a canal and has a direct view of the open sea. On the ground floor with a large kitchen, dining table, fireplace and the cozy living area, everyone will find their place. From here you can directly access the large terrace, which is above the water. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The loggia is a magnificent retreat overlooking the Wadden Sea.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom (box spring bed 180 x 200) with a wonderful balcony and a second bedroom with a box spring bed 160 x 200), in the master bedroom and guest room there is a flat screen TV), a bathroom with its own sauna.

In our gull's nest 18 you will feel at home. The pictures in the house were lovingly painted by 3 generations of our family. There are 4 TVs in the house. In order to be able to cook with pleasure, we have set up a spice bar. You will find over 20 spices. A selection of tea is also available for our guests. For relaxation there is an infrared sauna, a beach chair + an electric fireplace. On the roof there is a small solar system.

Ferijenhus Saans

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.
