The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Gut Groß Fedderwarden: Vacation in a construction trailer

Our "vacation construction trailer" is fully equipped and offers ample space for 2 people. In addition to the sofa bed, the construction trailer offers a small kitchen and a dining area with a modern TV, radio and of course Internet connection. Sanitary facilities are located in the main house and are about 50 meters away. On the terrace, you can have a wonderful breakfast and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. If you like it more cozy, use the cozy beach chair.

The “Hof am Siel” is a former farm near the village of Ruhwarden. The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*.
