Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bussy-Saint-Martin

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We have loved our stay the house was secure in a very peaceful location. Lovely and clean and very relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax after a busy day in Paris or at Disney. Patrica was soo lovely and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and flexible with check in and out to accommodate our needs couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you everything

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

Perfect secure place for a solo traveller/couple that is walking distance from the shops, train station and the Whitewater stadium. But most importantly Didier was extremely welcoming, helpful and very prompt with his responses. would recommend!!

Le lieu correspond parfaitement aux photos : il est spacieux, calme et facilement accessible, que ce soit en transports en commun ou en voiture. Il est également sécurisé grâce à un digicode, avec en plus une place de parking privative protégée par un portail électrique.

Nous avons, encore une nouvelle fois, passé un très bon séjour au Airbnb de Steve. Logement propre, moderne, équipé. Nous sommes ravie d’avoir passé ces quelques choses dans ce logement. Merci.

Amazing cozy place for a small family of 4. We loved the way it’s done up, the design. In fact we cooked at the kitchen. Didn’t know but the station is next door! Had a fab time!

Bedankt voor de ontvangst. Er mooi appartement met complete inrichting. Host reageert heel snel op vragen. Helaas geen parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. Ik dacht dit wel opgemaakt te hebben uit de advertentie. Parkeren op straat is gratis, maar soms wel verder lopen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Frank- die Unterkunft war super und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr modern eingerichtet. Wegen der Wärme wurde uns zusätzlich noch ein Ventilator gebracht, also auch sehr aufmerksam. Wir können dir Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und würden auch immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank 😊

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had great experience! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. The location was ideal - close to public transports and surrounded by many great restaurants and charming bakeries for fresh pastries every morning. Alex was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Ferey and his wife were absolutely great. They were friendly, kind and ready if you needed them, but gave you space if not. 5/5 hosts. The place is a gem and we are grateful to have stayed. The apartment is just perfect- Well located close to Disney Paris, but the best is how close to everything, supermarket, train, stores, and the neighborhood is so calm. On top of everything she is so friendly, that she was very understanding about our busy schedule and she was able to acomodate our requests. You won’t regret staying at her place!

Nous avons réservé le studio dans le cadre d’un week-end à Disneyland, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Situé à 15 minutes en voiture, il y a également la possibilité de s’y rendre en transport donc très pratique. De nombreux commerces autour du studio ainsi que la place de parking rende le séjour très confortable. L’appartement était très propre et propose tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin 👍

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

Anthony est un hôte très accueillant, souple. Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel. Bien placé et proche des commodités. Nous recommandons. Nous reviendrons.

Thank you for such an excellent stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The toys for the kids are an added bonus. Lucie was always quick to respond and offered local suggestions for places to eat and clear instructions regarding check in and parking. For anyone wanting a stay that’s close to Disneyland this is perfect, as it is right next door to the metro station. Overall a 5 star stay.
