This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

The location is super convenient, opposite Woolworth, the whole neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is hygienic as a whole.

Actually we stayed over a month it was a superb experience and for every inquiry we had Yao responded and guided us and has been a great host over our stay so we highly recommend Yao to anyone who wants to experience the surroundings of lovely Burwood to be their too host in the area

I am a returning guest of Faye’s and with good reason! I always know that I will feel welcome and that any questions I have are responded to very promptly. This apartment has a wonderful top floor balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, and there’s a great new couch! Secure underground parking use an added bonus. I always enjoy walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of the local shops and restaurants. This is my quiet oasis and I look forward to my next visit. 😊
