Family-friendly vacation rentals in Burton

This was a perfect home for our family of four, including two toddlers. Everything was clean and we appreciated the early check-in. Love staying at Hilton Head Resorts!

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

Truly loved our stay! The locker with all the equipment came in handy and kept sand out of the unit! Love the pool, they clean it every morning! Cynthia was great! Would totally stay again if we venture to Hilton head!

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

Wonderful place tucked away in the trees. One of the pools is highly visible from the room great for monitoring tweenagers that need a little more space for themselves. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to see the different tide phases first hand. Highly recommend this place for a small family looking for a quiet get away!

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the community's pool. My husband and daughter had fun walking the dog and looking for alligators ;-). We enjoyed evening bike rides to the general store where we got soft serve icecream and riding the free shuttle to the beach during the day. Laura was very quick to respond when I had questions and seemed genuinely interested in recieving input on her home. We would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Laura!

Such a great location with a nice sized dog-friendly yard, too! Kevin was an excellent communicator and the whole experience went smoothly. Would recommend and come again!

Spent Mother's Day weekend with my mother in Savannah and it was our first visit there! Such a gorgeous historic city - we felt the the cottage was very close to everything we wanted to experience. The cottage had everything we needed - the description of the location and street noise is accurate. Comfy beds and well stocked bath towels. It was a rainy weekend but we would have loved to have been able to use the back patio space. Thank you Brandon & Chase for a great little place to stay!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and they offered great local tips too. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. My stay here was amazing. Jeremy communicated very well and thoroughly throughout my time there. He even left me and my friend cute turtle and octopus cookies! Place was very cleanly. Great experience, 10/10 recommend.

Excellent Place, Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Hilton Head for the week. Friendly neighbors, walkable distance from anywhere you need to go, and amazing views. Will definitely return in the future when we come back to HHI!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Leyani’s place is situated beautifully in Palmetto Dunes, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts, and more! We appreciated Leyani’s clear and prompt communication regarding a minor cleaning issue—she was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt. The layout is wonderful for families, with 3 full bathrooms, the master downstairs, and a large second bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. We loved our time in Hilton Head!

Brandi was such a great host, gave us so many recommendations when we requested it. The location was great the place was so clean and updated. We rented bikes which the bike rental company dropped off and picked up. Everything was so easy and enjoyable. I plan to come back again! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Super place. Spacious, clean, steps from the bike path and about 1/4 mile from beach.

We love this resort so much and Mark’s place was just what we needed for our small family!
