Flowers, a bottle of wine, lots of information about the house and the area: a great welcome! The house is beautiful, high up and therefore quiet and a fantastic view over vineyards, wine towns and the Rhine Valley. Everything you need and more is present to live carefree. We especially enjoyed the garden, except on the balcony there are 4 seats in the garden at different heights, so you can choose between sun and shade at any time of the day. The area is beautiful: beautiful walks, the Sudliche Weinstrasse, interesting cities such as Speyer and Heidelberg, castles, history, in short we have spent a great holiday here. Super apartment in beautiful surroundings. Were already the second time in the penthouse and will certainly come back.

Very quiet, small apartment. Everything necessary is available. Pretty decor, good mattresses. On foot, via a small path, you are in the village in no time. Wonderful little village shop, with exquisite specialties and good pastries. Great location for exploring the Palatinate, nice contact with Sandrina!

The farm is idyllically located in the Modenbachtal. We found the room as shown in the photos. The amenities may be a bit outdated, but still very clean and well thought out, so you don't miss anything. With our dog, we could go on great hikes directly from the accommodation. For this and for the arrival, it is recommended to download offline maps. Afterwards, you can relax wonderfully in the spacious communal garden with a pond. We are happy to recommend the place.
