Relax with the whole family or group of friends right in a spacious Victorian style home that is nestled on 10 acres of land just outside of the city limits of Burlington, KS. The property includes an airplane hangar and a metal barn. The peace and tranquility of the property is so inviting making it a wonderful place to stay. It's perfect for just a few people but can sleep up to 16 comfortably. It has a screened in porch, fire pit, grill and lots of amenities and space to enjoy for all.

Relax with the family in our 100-year-old, single story, bungalow. We offer 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The interior is newly remodeled, including new central heat and air. We are still sprucing up the outside. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while relaxing on the large cozy front porch. Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College.

Welcome to our rustic with a hint of modern lodge. Two bedrooms two baths and a huge loft. Tankless hot water heater! Huge two garage space. Winch to hoist up your wild game, stainless steel sink and cutting table to handle any wild game while watching tv or listen to music on the 5 zone sound system throughout lodge. Plenty of cabinet space and butcher block countertops in kitchen. Total of 7 beds can sleep comfortably up to 7 with the two bedroom beds being kings. Come check us out!

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
