Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the beautiful Teme Valley, you'll be perfectly placed to explore the stunning countryside. Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests.
