One of the best I have ever rented!!! very clean home…Beds very comfortable,very inviting,home away from home and more..I highly recommend this home..backyard privacy at it best enough space for the family…I also love the backyard lighting…game room and movie media room was a plus for me…over all we enjoyed our stay and I will be renting it again soon

The home was lovely and well stocked.

We were here for a sports competition, and there were six of us. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was a great spot to unwind. We were mainly out of the house for our seminars and trainings, but Philip's home was perfect for unwinding and getting the rest we needed for our tournament. The beds were comfortable enough that one of our guys said he'd lie down just for a moment, but then he fell asleep immediately. Of course, it might just be because we had been in the tournament, but a comfy bed after a lot of physical activity is a huge plus. The backyard is beautiful and very cool with the little koi pond. It was storming when we were there so we weren't out there much, but when it stopped raining, we were able to do some exercises outdoors as well. The neighborhood was also very peaceful. Philip was very responsive with our request to turn the heat down. One thing I did forget was toiletries, but there is a Walmart just 3 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

Great host; spacious Airbnb; wonderful location; quiet neighborhood; very close to park…….no complaints, no negative feedback, a sure place to reserve on return visit. Henry was super easy to communicate with and definitely quick to respond to my questions or comments.

Booked this place to visit with family in DFW. We made great memories playing pool, making s'mores on the fire pit, grilling. There were helpful recommendations and notes, good coffee and creamer to use, so many extras that came in handy. Great place to stay for families.

Everything was exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful. There were quite a few good places to eat and shop at nearby. Everything was quiet and clean for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Me and my friend group loved staying at Taylor’s place! The neighborhood was cute and quiet and the house was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable, we all felt like we were home. We didn’t spend tons of time there but were always happy to come back to a nice clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Wonderful kitchen gadgets and appliances and we thought having bathroom toiletries was a wonderful touch too! The back yard was beautiful with a nice sitting area, with string lights, which was a really nice touch. Everything was easy and we didn’t have many questions but the few we did, Taylor answered them promptly! Me and my friends loved the house so much we would 100% stay here again.

What can I say, except WOW! This place was fantastic! Beautiful apartment and perfectly furnished with high quality appliances & furniture. The attached garage is amazing too. The place feels like a small house. Highly recommended! The hosts were very helpful & responsive at all times. Definitely one of the best AirBNB's in DFW!

Loved our weekend stay in the downtown in the city for the MAVS/Lakers game. Instructions were very clear. The place was just as pictured and described. Very clean and cozy. Many eateries around this place and was in walking distance to so many things. Loved the views. Loved that the space was very open. Building very quiet inside also.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It was a great location! Close to walk to the convention center and close to a bunch of restaurants. It was a clean apartment and would stay again when we are back in Dallas! The parking spot was a nice perk too!

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

We stayed here for a quick one night trip, and it was comfortable and cozy! We did have some trouble with the bedroom door, but Cynthia was super responsive and accepting of the feedback, so she deserves the 5 stars for having a great and even better communication skills!

This fit my family of four just fine (8 and 10 year old slept on the couch bed), and it was an easy drive or uber to the Knox /Henderson neighborhood, the Dallas Farmers Market and Deep Ellum. We also appreciated some of the pantry items, too! The full kitchen and patio were great to have. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks y’all!

Awesome. Had a local recommend knox-henderson area and this spot popped up (pun on the pop art intended). Pop over to Pie & Tap for "best pizza of my life"; greatest deals on consignment shopping; and brunch. Didn't have time to see Dallas due to a 1 day trip, but if you're just there to eat and shop, 100% recommend.

We only for one night, but it was everything we needed for stay! Allen was very communicative and kind.

It’s a small apartment but felt like home. It was cozy and quiet. Only thing is the water in showers was a little difficult to adjust the water. We struggled with this all weekend long. Other than this I would stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the space. Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

It was very convenient, easy to get everything I needed and get everywhere I wanted to go. Brooke was proactive and checked in to see how everything was going. A great value!

We stayed here while in town to attend a concert at AT&T stadium. It was easy to find and only a 7 minute walk in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay again next time we come to rock out!!! (Much easier than searching for parking or using a ride share.)

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for our host Laura who made sure we were all set and all ours needs were met.

From beginning to end, my 1 month stay at Rusty's place was flawless. As other's have mentioned, the bed is super comfy with great bedding and the water pressure is next level and hot water abounds...2 major bonuses while staying away from home. Additionally, the unit is very well stocked (better than most)with coffee, spices, sugar, paper towels, etc. Rusty was very responsive and easy going. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Also LOVE the fenced in yard!! The location is ideal...very walkable to both Henderson & Lower Greenville. Countless fabulous restaurants nearby-Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen and Terilli's are 2 of my new favorites. Black Swan Yoga is 1 mile away and if you're a yogi...or want to be...the studio is top notch!!
