For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!

We booked this gem for Texas A&M Family Weekend and it was just perfect! Everything was so clean. The decor is well appointed and very classy, cozy and inviting! Bed was super comfy! It was SO close to the college and our daughter which really allowed us so much extra time with her! We will definitely be adding this place to the top of the list for future visits! If it’s available don’t hesitate to book!

This was a great place to stay for the half marathon weekend, and Kristina even accommodated us with a little bit of a later checkout time. If you've got a weekend event in College Station, definitely check this place out. The location just off of Hwy 6 puts everything within just a few minutes drive. The place was clean, easy to find, and the checkout institutions were simple to follow. I appreciated Kristina's quick responsiveness to messages before arrival. Thanks so much, Kristina!

Townhome in a gated community less than 3.5 miles from Texas A&M University. 2 story home with 1 bedroom and 1 detached bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms upstairs. All bedrooms include king beds. Located on the Texas A&M bus route. Small fenced in backyard. Full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials. Keurig and coffee provided. Personal workspace available. Have stayed in her properties before and will do so again. It's always great. Property is just as described, conveniently located. Hostess is always responsive and helpful if needed. We did have an issue with the door code this time and had to call. She had us straightened out and inside in under a minute.

Super clean place, gated community and easy to get to with lots of places to eat near by. It also happened to be a half a mile from where we had to be for sports. :) Mandy was super responsive with any questions we had too! A little noisy but that’s condo life and it was a weekend. :) Overall good space!
