Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Burleson County

This is a great place for big group of people. We are glad that the guest suite can fit all of us which has 18 adult and 8 kids. It is clean and quiet. Very worthy of the price we paid.

My son was getting married on a ranch in the country about 45 minutes away. Seven Oaks was a perfect setup for our out of town guests. Each bedroom was private and stocked with towels. Snacks and drinks were provided as well as toiletries. I have never stayed in and Airbnb that was supplied as well. Carol met me for check in, but greeted many of my guests personally since she knew I was busy preparing for a wedding. She was so flexible and helpful. I cannot express how grateful we were for the hospitality she provided.

Carol and Jim were welcoming and easy to deal with. The house was neat and clean as well as located on a beautiful property. It’s a good place to stay if you have a big group and the drive to College Station was not long. I’d definitely recommend this place.

If you’re looking for a peaceful remote getaway this is definitely the place! We will absolutely be coming back!

Carol and Jim own a carefully kept secret tucked away just outside College Station. My family and I stayed there so that we could attend our Son’s graduation from Texas A&M. Simply stated, our experience couldn’t have been better. From the warm and relaxing feeling of the property to the classiest hosts who took care of us, we could not have picked a better place to celebrate with our Son. Our hosts have definitely taken great care to provide a service and facilities for their guests to create memories of a lifetime. We highly recommend Seven Oaks B&B for a peaceful and friendly retreat to get away and relax for a while!

Can't say enough about Susan's beautiful home and hospitality. We loved the homemade food, the community with other guests, the fishing and the donkeys. Was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend!

The Sugar Shack is a gem with its rustic feel but with the modern luxuries, including the little kitchenette area and in-room jetted tub with built in shower head! Stocked with breakfast and snack items, it was a great stay for a quick visit to Aggieland. Would definitely stay here again! Very neat history behind the 7F Lodge.

Carol's place was great. Easy check-in and checkout. The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of extra linen. Breakfast muffins, oatmeal, and bananas were provided along with several drink options. The drive to Tamu was about 15 min. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Highly recommend!! Seven Oaks is a hidden gem and truly less than a 15 minute drive from College Station at a much more affordable price. Our apartment in the former carriage house was immaculate with a spacious living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom. Breakfast items in the room included juice, milk, and, muffins. Carol and Jim could not have been nicer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again!
