This was a wonderful stay for a long weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Large kitchen and seating for meals. Private land with a pond and lots of walking trails. Ten minute quaint walk to Lake Somerville through a quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent at communicating and had the house very user friendly. We stayed to visit Round Top and the drive was a bit far but worth the pricing, and the view along the way was amazing in the spring with all of the bluebonnets.

This was my second stay at Marcile's beautiful AirBnB. This place has the warmth of a home and not just AirBnB. Marcile was kind enough to let us host a lil party for which this place is perfect! I had a change in my travel plans at the last moment, Marcile did accommodate this last minute change and made my stay smooth. Thanks Marcile!

Somerville Lake House - Walk to Water!

Very clean inside. Lots of deer to see mornings and evenings, and that was fun! There are simple surroundings and we were a little scared it was sketchy when pulled up at night, but once morning came its fine & pretty peaceful. White trailer next to it, but seemed vacant& we didn’t see anything that worried us around. There is a creepy red light on this front porch, which is odd and I would recommend changing that. And you are unable to leave fan on in the living room area at night bc same switch controls the light in that room.
