Das Loft ist ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist leicht erreichbar.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", das mit 33 qm dann doch recht groß ausfällt. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

A horse farm with a small cafe next door, Lake Wehnser, the 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity and the proximity to the nearest train station (about 3 km) make the location interesting and attractive for recreation seekers, hikers, riders and cyclists.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
