The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. The Presbytery, Forres

The Presbytery is a private holiday home in central Forres, sitting opposite Grant park, Cluny hill and Sanqhuar woodlands. We are a sand dune away from a safe beach and coastal walks where you may be lucky and see otters, seals and some of the Moray Firth dolphins.The village has a golf course with a hospitable clubhouse And a fascinating museum the TARBAT DISCOVERY CENTRE whose website is well worth a look at. The general store has a good choice of foodstuffs which you can cook in our well equipped kitchen.

Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.
