The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment is located at a great starting point to explore the Allgäu. All ski & hiking areas can be reached quickly and easily. The balcony is unique and offers unobstructed views of the mountains and valleys. Good road connections in a quiet location above half of Sonthofen with direct city bus connection at the doorstep. Cozy and lovingly furnished "Landhaus Bergheimat" to feel good, 15 km from Oberstdorf in sunny Burgberg. On two floors - ground floor and upper floor - totaling 220 m², you have space for up to 14 people with a balcony - facing south, west and east, as well as three terraces facing south, east and north and a barbecue area. !!For occupancy of 14/15-16 people, the apartment Amethyst in the semi-basement must also be booked - daily price €55 and one-time additional costs €60.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Quietly located on the outskirts of Sonthofen is the studio house wirbelArt with a charming apartment. In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

In the apartment "Fuchs" you will find 1 living-dining-bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 additional bedroom. Are you two and one bed is enough for you? Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
