It was a good experience overall, the management was nice and we'll responsive. The local recommendations were great and the place itself is very private, a good choice for peaceful stay without any issues. Easily reachable beach, eateries.

I must say this loud I LOVED THE STAY. We decided to visit Ganpatipule and booked this apartment on airbnb. After a long journey of 8 hours the first thing we whispered to each other(my friends) “what a positive stay which feels like a home”. I will highly recommend you guys to explore this stay option because it will be worth. Beach is near by, very corporate caretaker Shreyas, Avani tai makes yummy chicken and Dr. Niddhi who is so friendly and look after you the entire time. Hospitality is amazing, Stay is more beautifully than pictures. Well maintained!! Loved it and will go again. Vibe is very positive of flat, host also gets you best options to visit places and food. The place exactly matches the description and is one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed in..Tanushree is a super host who was available throughout and took care of all the minute details, and also equipped the kitchen with essentials which were definitely more than enough. The Jacuzzi is an add on and the host made it extra special by providing bath salts & essential oils, which is rare in an Airbnb...Overall a worthy stay and would definitely like to visit again

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Ratnagiri. The apartment is spotless, well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of Bhayte Beach right from the flat, it truly set the tone for our trip. We explored several nearby beaches but it was always a joy to return to such a peaceful and well-designed space. Everyone in our family loved the stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ratnagiri.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

I would like to stay again; Mandar is a very good host and is reachable for any queries. Recommended for both families and bachelors; breakfast was very tasty, thanks to the caretaker.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. All the bedrooms and the common areas were well furnished for a comfortable stay. The surrounding was so quiet, particularly at night, that one could hear the sound of the crashing waves just a few steps from the house. The host was friendly and communicated clearly about the property. He also helped us with suggestions on things we could do during our stay. One point to note though, is that the area does not have good mobile networks. So a bit of planning might be required, for example downloading offline maps to reach the place etc. There is wifi at the property, which works fine.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The place had a very calm and peaceful vibe, exactly what we were looking for to escape the usual daily routine. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the surroundings to the cozy setup, everything was perfect and added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended and would love to visit again!

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.
