Nice home! It was comfortable and cool inside, with enough room to spread out. The pool was great during the warm days and evenings!

Even though we left early on our final day, Mark reached out to us and let us know housekeeping was going to come late that day and offered us a late checkout. He didn't have to do that, but it was a kind gesture. The place was very clean. The only downside was that there was no access to any laundry machines. I didn't try the others, but the Master bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location is very close to Lake Mohave, which made things very convenient for getting to the lake early. In the evening, we went into town, so it's not as though it's too far north. In fact, it's just north of the bridge that connects Arizona and Nevada, so it has convenient access the Casinos, if that's what you wish to do. It was easy to find and convenient. All-in-all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Jacqueline and Emilio were great hosts! Emilio was very quick to respond and checked in during the trip to make sure me and my family were comfortable and that things were going great for us! I will be staying at this rental again! It worked out perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable host.

My family and I stayed about eight days, Bill was extremely accommodating. Gave us ample time for a late check out. Although a bit dated, the home is beautiful, spacious, and homie. only downside was the pool was not cleaned, and the grill was completely filthy, but with a little bit of love to the grill and a phone call to Bill who had a pool guy rush over to get it cleaned up. it was all good. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bullhead was our midway point between Las Vegas in the Grand Canyon and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Bill.

Stephanie is a great host, she’s super responsive and helpful! Her place was super comfortable and the river is literally a couple seconds away from the place ! Perfect stay and great price for the amount of days we stayed !

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

I use to live in bullhead city years ago. when I rented the airbnb I did not pay attention to the address. but years ago we lived in the apartments. so it was a nice throwback. it's close to everything.and you did a great job fixing the place up. Thank you

The condo was exactly as listed . Wonderful communication from the host. Steps from the river. Water taxi to casinos available from the doc right outside the condo. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at Paul and Karen’s home. Hosts were very responsive, helpful & kind. The condo offered everything needed from the kitchens appliances & spices, washer & dryer, plenty of towels & bathroom necessities. It was a great home away from home. Definitely recommend to stay at this lovely and clean condo!
