Staying at Oliver’s place in Dallas was a comfortable and easy experience. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. Oliver was a great host — responsive, welcoming, and made sure I was well taken care of. The location was peaceful, and it was easy to get around. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay!

Fantastic tiny home with an accomodating host who cares about their guests!

Second time at Jays, the place is at the end of a court with the facilities at the back of the house it is very safe and secure and quiet. Obviously you will need a car but it is an easy drive to shopping centres, 4kilometres, and the airport. Close to freeway to take you into the City or Geelong Frankston Peninsula etc. Coffee shops and pizza, kfc, McDonald’s etc. very comfortable bed great reverse cycle air cond, hot water from shower. Jay just leaves you alone but if needed is available. Peter and Jackie.
