Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Our recent stay at Fernandez Villa at Canyon Cove was absolutely wonderful, and we can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa itself is beautifully maintained — spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for our family, offering enough privacy and space for everyone to enjoy their own time while still feeling connected. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from Miss Marie and the caretakers. They were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location itself was also a dream peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, our stay at Fernandez Villa was more than just a vacation — it was quality bonding time as a family in a beautiful setting, made even more special by the thoughtful care of the people who maintain it. We will definitely be back again!

The place is perfect and great for family gathering. It’s huge and cozy. My sister found this place and when she sent it to me, i fell in love right away and didnt hesitate to book. It’s worth the price you pay. I spent the holy week and my short vacation with close family members. Place is peaceful and amenities are complete. Fast wifi connection and rooms are spacious. What i also love about it, they allow pets. 🥰

The place was amazing. It was very close to a river if you want to do some light fishing. It was also walking distance from the beach, you can see it from the front door. The host was very responsive and accommodated us very well. It had full amenities, the beds were clean and prepared, there were some toiletries and towels, the kitchen was well equipped , they had a fridge that was easy access from the dining area and a freezer that was easy access from the kitchen. There's a karaoke machine and the bedrooms were airconditioned. Overall a great stay for the price! Will definitely be back

This was our second time staying in Anton's place. We had a great time, just like our first time here! The beach was clean, private, and very calm even when it was drizzling. Chris was very helpful and even showed us turtle eggs that were being relocated to the Morong sanctuary. Thank you, Anton and Chris!

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is big, clean, beautifully designed, and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Driftwood Beach and Inflatable Island, with plenty of stores and restaurants right downstairs. We also loved the pizza place just below the building! The hosts were very accommodating, especially Ate Maribel, who made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

The place was as it was described, the host was super helpful. Anything we needed during the stay the caretakers were there to assist, laundry, groceries, guys delivery and so on was always promptly done.

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you
