We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay! The place is so cozy and nice. It is also not too far from Subic Yacht Club, restaurants, and Dutyfree (~8-12min ride). Host is very responsive and friendly. We would love to come back here!

I booked the place last minute due to bad weather, and the host, Grace, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She gave clear instructions, made sure I arrived safely, and responded promptly to all my questions. The place is peaceful, clean, and has a warm, homey feel, perfect for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back with my family. Kudos to Grace for maintaining such a lovely space!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We had the most amazing time at the Sunhouse, everything was great. Definitely worth the price. We look forward to coming back. The host and the caretaker were communicative and helpful. Definitely worth the trip because we came all the way from Baguio.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Jez and Rheden’s place! The space was clean, clutter-free, and had everything we needed. Rheden gave us a quick tour and walked us through how to use the equipment, which was super helpful. They were also very responsive and thoughtful, bringing us extra water and the sheets we requested. Just a tip: if you’re used to sleeping in a colder room, you might want to bring your own comforter for added warmth. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the Seventeen Right Here Concert in Bulacan. It was relatively closer than staying in the Metro. We had a late checkin (past 10pm) as we came from work, but we were still accommodated. We were even welcomed and given a tour of the place. It was relatively easy to find as we were given directions and waze pin prior to leaving Makati. Both Sir Ed and Ma’am Cel were very responsive and kind, they were always ready to respond and give recommendations. The place was very nice, true to the posted pictures, it was very roomy and clean. We were very comfortable in the place, we were able to prepare our breakfasts as well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

My short stay at Kandi Suites was perfect. The location is conveniently close to Red Street yet quiet and discreet. Sheradelle was a fantastic host, responsive and respectful, quickly fixing a minor door lock issue without intruding. The suite had all the modern comforts: strong Wi-Fi, aircon in every room, smart TVs, and a hassle-free visitor policy. Security was discreet yet attentive. I couldn’t have asked for more—highly recommend.

We had a great time at Amica's place. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! The place is quite spacious and had everything we needed for a staycation. Location is very convenient - near Poblacion and Rockwell. Hosts communicated quickly and accommodated our late weekend check-in. Would definitely book again!

My family and I stayed here for our trip back home to the Philippines. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped in together. The house is in a gated area with security, so we felt very safe and it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was great and I would gladly stay with Benny again! Highly recommend!

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. I really enjoyed my stay at the place. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and very pleasant. Communication with the host was also excellent: quick, friendly and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Ms. Ness was super easy to talk to — booking was really smooth. She replies quickly and everything was straightforward. When we arrived, she just told us where to get the key and that was it. I loved how hassle-free it was, it felt like we were just at home. We arrived late because we came from a concert, but we had no trouble finding the place. There was parking too, which was super convenient. When we got inside, the place was clean, cozy, and quiet — perfect for resting after a long day. Even though it was just a short stay, it was so worth it. The area was peaceful, the bed was comfy — we really got to recharge. Bitin nga! (We wanted more time!) I’ll definitely book here again for the next SB19 concert. Highly recommended, though part of me wants to gatekeep it haha!

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!
